Issues can't initiate my red pitaya

After constant attempts to connect to my red pitaya it returns with the answer Red Pitaya Not Found In Database. I've tested for connection to www.redpitaya.com and ping returns fine. I can't fathom it out.

Try writing to support@redpitaya.com about it. They should be able to help you with problems during the discovery process.
