Connectivity Problem

Hello everyone,
just received my new pitaya.
I followed the quick start, but i'm getting problems with the internet connection.
Everything should be fine, in the sense that:
1) from the console of the pitaya I can ping whatever website I want, meaning it has internet access.
2) from my pc I can see the pitaya IP and MAC address in my local network.
The problem happens when i try to put the MAC address on the quick start website. The site doesn't see my pitaya, so i cannot register it and i cannot use the web browser.
How can I solve the problem?

p.s. during the pitaya boot, an error message appears: Failed to start LSB: DHCP server.

Questions that involve redpitaya.com are best asked at support@redpitaya.com.

However, you can connect to your Red Pitaya directly by putting its IP address into your browser's address bar.
