About FPGA programming

Hello, I need to use a fast ADC 10 MHz , and a FPGA to program a PWM. I want to know if I have acces to the FPGA in red pitaya, if its possible to use GPIO with the FPGA and if my program in the FPGA will not erase after I reboot the red pitaya board. The most important thing is to know if It will erase.

it's your choice - the logic can be programmed with your configuration during every boot or at runtime.
