red pitaya transmit

i have the red pitaya and i can download the python text but i have no idea how to add it or use it as i am also dyslexic which makes it difficult, i think i did well to get the receiving. Could anyone please put me on the right track to get the transmit working, i have spent a couple of weeks on the red pitaya and still unable to transmit, any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you very much.

The python examples connect to the Red Pitaya remotely. They run on your PC, therefore you must have python installed.

• On the Red Pitaya you must start the "SCPI-server".

• When you click "Run", you will be told the ip address of the server.

• Then start the python example code on your PC with the ip address as parameter ("python example.py <ip address>").

Do you have PowerSDR mRX PS and Red Pitaya working for reception? If so, then I think that transmission could be done in the following steps:

• install the latest version of the Red Pitaya SDR transceiver compatible with HPSDR
• in PowerSDR mRX PS, set radio model to HERMES (Setup -> Hardware Config -> Radio Model)
• set correct TX frequency and mode
• press MOX
