How to set the Auxiliary analog output channels works on PWM

The "Hardware Specifications" described that the Auxiliary analog output channels can used as PWM mode,
But no SCPI command can be foud for this function, only the RF out channel can set to PWM mode,
Is there some majic to make the Auxiliary analog output channels works on PWM?

You misinterpret the specification, it says that the aux analog outputs generate the analog signal by low-pass filtering a PWM waveform.
So they are always operating in PWM mode, but you don't see the PWM at the ouputs.
