Cant Connect over Direct lan ?

Hi
I tried to connect my Pitaya to my pc but without sucess. I tried to connect it direkt via lan with the computer. But when i typed arp -a in cmd it didnt show. Trying to install the Bounjr service didnt worked either. Sadly i cant connect it via Wlan/lan because i have not the option at my place. Any ideas for troubleshooting?
