overtemp and shutdown

Hello
After some week of 24/24 running SDR_WSPR application (with fan ), the system shutdown, after some reset i start again but quickly go very hot ! system working, i can connect on ssh and all task running but i have nothing from the input or the output when i testing with oscilloscope application or with spectrum application !!!
i try to test the power supply but i do not have the test point description !!! i found the test point for stem 125-10 only and i think is different ยง
Please help for the cost i need to try to repar if it is only a front end problem .
Wath is the procedure for retuening the card for repair ??
