Boot from SD card problem.

A friend used JTAG to program the redpitaya board but now I can't get it to boot of the SC card anymore. Are then any instruction on how to restore the board to original setup? Or is the board just broken. The red LED stop flashing after 30 seconds. The web page get stuck at “get getting the list of applications” I have re-downloaded SD image on a new SD card but it did not help.
