Newbie No SDR device on the network

Hi there,
After setup the powersdr software, I tried to powerup the system ... but nothing happens. There is only one message ''No Charly 25 / HAMlab / Stemlab SDR device detected on the network''
Has anybody an advise for me?

RP via router/hub or directly connected?
Can you connect to RP at all? (Web browser etc)
For direct connection and if using Pavel's Alpine Image the Red Pitaya IP address is 192.168.1.100, via router/hub the RP should receive an IP via DHCP.
You have to start the "HPSDR-compatible SDR transceiver" via the web interface.
Which PowerSDR version do you use?
If you're using a plain RP (not a C25, HAMlab), I recommend
https://github.com/TAPR/OpenHPSDR-Power ... tag/v3.4.9 and set it to HERMES!

Hi,
vielen Dank für Deine Antwort. Bin ein blutiger Anfänger. Deshalb gefällt mir Deine Idee besonders gut, zunächst einmal ein RP-Board als Hermes zum Laufen zu bringen... ohne charly25-modul.
Was muss dafür als Software auf die SD-Karte gespeichert werden? Wenn ich es richtig verstanden habe, werden ja nur kleinere Scripte auf der SD-Karte gespeichert und der Rest standardmässig auf der Festplatte des PCs abgelegt.
