Using scpi to acquire continuous data with RedPitaya in Matlab

Hi, I'm new to RedPitaya and I am trying to use Red Pitaya to finish my graduate project. And here's a problem I met today.
I am using Matlab to process signal. In Matlab, I use scpi command to acquire the signal from external source, but I can only acquire at most 16K data, which is far less than what I need. So I would like to know if there are solutions to acquire signal data more than 16k and keep the signal wave continuous?
