Running jupyter program outside of juypter

Hello,
I previously posted about trying to sync my output channels and was able to do it on juypter. But I have no idea how turn it into a program i can run in a python script on my computer. does my script need to access my red pitaya to run the python program on the red pitaya or is there a different way to do that.
Also is there a way i could access the most recent version of red pitaya juypter code, cuz the github repository linked on the website is outdated. I could tell because the example code variable names are different than the ones on my red pitaya jupyter program, which is the most recent os version.
