Signal acquisition after reboot

Hi,
I have been using a STEM 125-14 v1.0 signal acquisition through SCPI command.
An issue that I have is that I receive completely wrong signal (sometimes) after rebooting the Redpitaya. In those cases repeated signal sampling gives incorrect signal. After doing a second or third reboot, things start to work as they should. Has anyone seen a similar issue?
Something that I noticed is that when I look at the signal with the oscilloscope application I see the correct signal amplitude but when I use ACQ:SOUR1:DATA? the signal amplitude is about 20 times lower than what it actually is.
