I managed to get a few hours to edit the index.html for the Multichannel analyzer app and added a number of bin options 2048,4096 and 8192 to the list of pre-existing bin options.
This works very nicely now.

I have attached the index.html file to this post in the form of a zip. It has been sanitized by Kaspersky Internet security.

Add this to your MCA application folder.

Last year, after our discussion in this thread, I submitted a pull request that adds more bin options. Unfortunately, it's still not merged. However, the code is accessible in my fork of the repository.
