Problem access to internet

Hello,

I start using STEM lab 125-14 but i have a connection problem.
I prepared SD and followed the instruction for how to connecting the board.
But when I try to access to rp-xxxxxx.local/ it is successful for 10 seconds and then it doesn't work anymore. The error that is given to me is "ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT". I really can't understand what's the problem.
