STEMLAB 125-14 only orange LED on

Hi everyone,
So i was using a STEMLAB 125-14 and feeding a sine wave output to a AD620 amplifier (I want to amplify the Redpitaya signal from 2 Vpp to 10 Vpp at least).
But after some time, the board stopped working. Now there is only the orange LED, all the other ones are off.
I didn't match the output impedance of the board to the high input impedance of the AD620.
Did I just kill my board because of an impedance mismatch ? Could the reflection do that ? The signal generated from the board at the time was a sine wave of 1 Vpp and 1kHz.
Thanks for your help !
