5V TTL TO 3.3. VOLT LVDS THROUGH EXTERNAL CONNECTOR OR GPIO

Sir, I have a project where I need to interface a device that has an output of 5 volt TTL, which is fed to the GPIO of the Redpitaya which takes max 3.3. volt LVDS, can you suggest me an IC for this purpose,
Requirement
1) The IC should be able to take the TTL at the frequency of 20MHZ
2) It should be able to send the data at the same data rate
3)Here I want to interface the Extension connector GPIO of the Redpitaya FPGA which is a Xilinx Zynq 7 series SOC
Please help me, sir.
