Orange LED does not blink/ no connection

I can not connect to my Board via ssh nor rp-xxxxxx.local. The blue and the green Led are on and the red is blinking. I already reseted my SD-Card and used a second one. Still no connection to the Board possible.
Any ideas what to do?
