Internet connection issue

Using the latest SD card image. Tried both MacOS and Windows 11 laptops. Both laptops are internet connected with wifi. Tried both direct LAN connection and router connection with STEMlab 125-14.
Cannot access the application marketplace, cannot check download server because "Your RedPitaya currently offline".
