Ordered SDRlab 125-14 and STEMlab 122-16 kits. Paperwork outside the boxes was correct, but when I opened them I found I'd been supplied with two 125-14 kits!!!

Sent a strong email to RP about this cock-up, asking them to arrange collection of the unwanted item and delivery ASAP of the 122-16 I'd ordered. They will have to identify it as a replacement for an incorrectly supplied item, I don't want to pay another £100 or so duty and VAT. That's thanks to Boris.

We have responded as soon as we were able to and opted to resolve the problem - the issue has since been resolved. We value every customer and care for your feedback.

The kits were supplied correctly, but we do not have different shipping boxes for all of our products - the only difference is the marking on the side of the kit. Currently we are going through the process of changing the packaging so that each product will have it's own box.

At the first glance there is very little difference between a STEMlab 125-14 and SDRlab 122-16 - you can diferentiate them by a small metal component between the cooler and the E1 connector.
