Documentation broken

Hello everyone,
We are having a slight problem with the documentation at the moment - the bullet points do not show up properly. This is just a problem with the current versions of tools (docutils) for building the ReadTheDocs documentation and not the actual documentation.
We are looking for a way to solve this.
