You can get the Verilog source code by building any of the FPGA projects for Red Pitaya. You can get everything here: https://github.com/RedPitaya/RedPitaya-FPGA

You can get the code of the BD once you synthesize it.
There is also an option to get the BD wrapper directly from the GUI.
