Network problem

Hello,
I've received my rp yesterday. But till now, I've been unable to access the unit over a network connection.
The RP is connected to a router (D-link) with the DHCP server enabled. (The DHCP server works just fine with any other device connected to it.)
-The RP is booting fine. The required LED's are on and the first one is flashing at a 1hz rate.
-I've connected the rp to my computer without a router in between. Same problem. (changed network card settings and rp config file and the other file)
-Tried to research if I can make the ethernet interface on the rp to work only in 100 or 10 MB mode. Because that's where I think it's going wrong. (Didn't find a proper way to do that.)
-tried an other network cable.
-Tried an other router. Same problem.
-Wasted 4 hours
In any case, I can not find any device connected to my router.
The config file looks like this:
"
# $Id: interfaces 955 2014-01-16 13:15:20Z ales.bardorfer $

# Red Pitaya network configuration
