Network/ Partition problem
Posted: Tue Sep 23, 2014 11:21 am
Hi there,
I have the same problem with the SD card like Hendrik in his "Network problem" thread, viewtopic.php?f=8&t=277
Regarding the "partition issue" I did:
redpitaya> fdisk -l /dev/mmcblk0
Disk /dev/mmcblk0: 3951 MB, 3951034368 bytes
255 heads, 63 sectors/track, 480 cylinders
Units = cylinders of 16065 * 512 = 8225280 bytes
Device Boot Start End Blocks Id System
/dev/mmcblk0p1 1 481 3858372 b Win95 FAT32
Partition 1 has different physical/logical endings:
phys=(1023, 254, 63) logical=(480, 88, 63)
redpitaya>
The different physical/logical ending - what does this mean? I partitioned the SDHC 4GB card on Mac10.6.8 with one partition, FAT.
The log from RP is:

What is the best way to format the SD card that RedPitaya is happy with?
Thank you for your time,
