Red pitaya putty communication error

i have got error when connecting red pitaya borad by putty software. I also Reload the fresh OS image to memory card but i can't resolve the problem. The screen shot of error i have attached please give some solution. and how can i set my static ip. I have followed the steps as given in user manual. There is a one line written in interfaces file for static ip setting is # Static IP address # Don't forget to set the static DNS IP in sd:/etc/init.d/rcS too.. Is it important to set for static ip.
