I work with high power stuff and I am worried risking failures and bricking the redpitaya. How much analog protection has been built in? How repairable is the analog section? Will failures be limited to analog section? What has been the experience so far?

Hi Bill,
One user reported killing one of his input stages with overvoltage (see this thread).
Based on that, I'd advise caution - in the form of external protection circuitry, maybe.
