Wifi dongle on RP

Dear all,
To enhance the wifi signal from RP, I want to use a wifi dongle with antenna. The ecosystem I run with my RP is 0.95. From the RP forum, I know that the RP is probably only compatible with the wifi dongles with main chip RTL8188CUS.
I found that EDIMAX EW-7811Un is compatible with RP, but without antenna.

Do you know a wifi dongle with antenna that is compatible with RP? Is the power supply from RP enough for the wifi dongle with antenna? Thanks a lot!
