Malfunctioning red pitaya? Probs with sys bus data addresses

Hello,
I have several RPs and the newest seems to have problems with providing the data with the system bus. When I set data via system bus, everything is fine, but reading (e.g. with monitor) the same address sometimes gives back the right value, sometimes it gives back another value i put to another address. It affects the whole pid data.
I think it never worked properly. Does anybody had Problems like this?
