Is the QSPI Flash Device Populated on the SDR?

I have recently purchased a SDR 122.88-16 Kit. I am having difficulty communicating with the QSPI flash. Before I proceed further, I just wanted to confirm whether or not it is populated on the board or if it need to be specifically ordered as an option. My guess is the later. Many thanks.
