pulse / peak / switching at start-up

Hi,
I am using a redpitaya with an amplifier connected to one of the fast analog outputs and a board with relays connected to the DIO-pins. The problem I have is that when I power on the redpitaya (switching on the power-supply) it produces a small pulse on the analogue output wich is problematic in combination with the amplifier. The same problem I have with the DIOs, they also seem to change their state at the start-up so that the relays do one unwanted switching at the start-up.
Can this problem somehow be solved on the redpitaya side? Other solutions with additional hardware would be quite complicated.
