STEM 125-14 analog input fried

I do power electronics design which is dangerous in design phase with either high voltage or high current run away sometimes.

This time it looks that I fried both the analog input and output parts.

I changed the LT6200CS6-10 with OPA690, the analog output part looks to work well with this single component change.

I changed the AD8066 with OPA2354 as the analog input unity gain buffer, STEMlab_125-xx_OS_0.98-696_stable.zip does not work at all (analog input no signal shown), STEMlab_125-xx_OS_1.04-7_stable.img.zip shows some signals but with wrong amplitude/frequency.

It looks that I need to investigate the issue seriously for some time now, it looks the analog input part repair is not as simple as the analog output part.

Anybody has any good advice on a good way to attack it?

I noticed the output of AD8066 goes to a QFP4x4 chip with marking "<832 LD8M N816", whose output finally goes to LTC2145 ADC, what's the part number of this chip?

Please note that chip information is now available on each product page.
