Diagnosing failure to connect to STEMlab 125-10

Hello everybody out there using Red Pitaya,
I have two STEMlab 125-10, one of which I can connect to without problems and one to which I can't.
I tested the one which is not working with the SD card of the functional one to exclude software problems, but it still didn't work. Since also the direct connection with a ethernet cable doesn't work, it's unlikely a network problem.
Therefore it could be due to a hardware issue. I tried to make sense of the schematics on https://downloads.redpitaya.com/doc/Red ... 0_V1.0.pdf and carefully watched https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9xZCAkXAkw8.
LED 10 ("Power Good") is lighting up in green and
LED 11 ("Prog Done") is lighting up in blue.
LED 9 is blinking in red.
What additional diagnostics could I run to pin down the problem?
