Hello to all,
since I bought my Red Pitaya I always used it for amateur radio reception and transmission.
Now, I had a better look at the Red Pitayas's ham radio kit. In this kit instructions, they say to put input jumpers from pin 2 to pin 5. In this way it will bypass the input attenuator.
With the purpose of increasing the receiver sensivity, I decided to set the jumper in this way, and yeah I get better signals received! But when I closed the Red Pitaya inside the aluminium box... It receives nothing!
If I open the box it works, if I close the box no reception.
I made a video and I uploaded it to youtube for show here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zf72AxERxHY
Is my Red Pitaya faulty???
Thanks for any help guys!
