I have a Stemlab 125-14. What are the limits on signal acquisition using the RF input?

For example, could I measure the peak of a tail pulse (Rise time: ~10ns) coming from a charge-sensitive pre-amp? Like this:

There should be no issues when measuring such signals. Just make sure that the peak does not go over 20V and the input jumper is set for 20V range.
