LEDs are not glowing

my redpitaya version 1.0 is not working when i plugged a power source with that. i have used authorized power cable of 5v, 2 A. yellow 0 light is alone partially glowing. can anyone guide me please. thanks in advance :!:

If not even the power indicator (green) is on, I'd say you are looking at a hardware defect.
