How to take ADC's clock from RedPitaya

Hi guys!

I need sincronize my hardware with the clock of the fast ADC without using an external clock.
Considering this scheme, I want to know if is possible to connect the ENcoder pins (ENC+ & ENC-) to my hardware to synchronize it with the acquisitions.
