adc input and dac output filtering

I attempting to construct a 1-port VNA and am finding that the frequency response of the ADC inputs are affecting the ability to perform an accurate calibration. Can you please provide schematics of the ADC input and DAC ouput filters? Or, 1-port s-parameter files of the ADC input and DAC output?

An ADC input sim is included, does this seem reasonable?
