Visual Programming a subscription?

Post by nigel » Tue Oct 25, 2016 2:00 am

I would use Visual Programming if it was a one off payment of approx $50 and teach my grandson. A regular $5 or whatever a month is not OK for me.

Retired Control Engineer in the UK Energy Industry. Now in my 60's and playing with Arduinos, Raspberry Pi's and my Redpitaya. And trying to promote engineering as a career, to young people. We have a shortage of home grown Engineers in the UK.

same with me,

they would sell more boards if Visual programming was free or lower.

Solution for you might be a raspi and Scratch, which Looks pretty the same and is free and preinstalled .
